Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Computer or related fields
• Experience 2 – 4 years (New Graduate are welcome)
• Knowledge in Microsoft Windows server, Microsoft Exchange 2013, Microsoft Office 365 and Active directory
• Familiar with O365 administrating such as Exchange online, One drive, Skype for business and SharePoint would be advantage
• Basic Microsoft PowerShell
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Proactive thinking with a "can do" attitude
• Strong problem solving. Service mind, and able to under pressure
• Good interpersonal skill and be able to coordinate with other teams and clients
• Strong abilities to analyze and prioritize issues for problem resolution
Cisco and MS certified: CCNA, CCNP, MCP MCSE,MCSA would be an advantage.
Able to drive a car and have driving license
• Perform Infrastructure management for Microsoft Exchange 2013
• Broad knowledge of Microsoft products and technologies
• Solve problem, apply change configuration follow customer request
• Track/record information into case manage system
• Perform root cause analysis of critical outage and incidents, engineer performance solutions, coordinate implementation
• Update/create/maintain manual operation document
• Create and submit report document to customer
