Job Description ;
•Responsible for recruitment.
•To manage recruitment and Selection process such as test and interview
•To search for candidate both internal and external by advertise in website, job fair or use recruitment agency or search out candidates from our website.
•To arrange orientation for new comer and introduce the company welfare, regulation and TOLC executive.
•To create report concerning recruitment matter
•To assist management as assigned
•Have knowledge in Labor laws, related matter
