Bachelor degree in Business Administration or any related fields.
1-2 year of experience in the food industry but not a necessily
Strong command of written and spoken in English.
Strong interpersonal, communication & planning skills.
Excellent presentation, negotiation with leadership skills.
High responsible, hardworking and positive attitude.
Computer literacy (MS Office).
Respond fast to customer inquiries and orders
Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Receive customers orders through the customer various communication channels (email, line, tel, whatapp)
Process customer orders and requests for company different channels: E-commerce, Foodservice and retail.
Handle process orders, new customer registration, forms, applications, and other customer requests.
Acknowledging and resolving customer enquiery or complaints.
Stock order and monitoring
Optimun product knowledge
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions and special price in system
Communicate and coordinate with company team's deparments such as, logistic, warehouse, delivery, operational and purchasing team as necessary to complete customer orders.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Responding promptly manner to customer inquiries such as product knowledge, order condition, price , delivery process and timing
Inform customer on deals and promotions
Gather the necessary information and provide quotation
Collect sales data and necessary information
