Bachelor's Degree or above in any field
Experience in Business Development, Sales or any related field in Real Estate Agency 10 years
Good relationship with Developer/ Project Owner
Have strong relationship with Real Estate parties would be preferred
Good on communication, analytical and problem solving skills and ability to build strong relationship with various working partners
Solution oriented, a team player with a strong leadership and initiative
Excellent verbal and writing in English and Thai
Provides strategic direction for Market of properties and clients in a region and Identifies, targets and develops new business opportunities. Directs operations to meet revenue and operating income targets.
Responsibilities:
Find and negotiate with Developer/ Project Owner
Manage ongoing business relationships, negotiating costs, commercial terms and securing agreements with new and existing vendors
Work closely with Sales and Marketing team
Maintain awareness of market trends, understand customers, analyze competitors
Attend project team and provide regular updates of work in progress
Develops new business opportunities from client identification and solicitation, proposal development and presentation.
Network Development – Develop and maintain strong relationships with Developer/ Project Owner
