Position Summary:
To support HR/DGM, HR/AGM in all recruitment activities, and ensure to fulfill HRM and HRD related executing and implementing process and activities.
To be responsible (as PIC) for Recruitment and new staff acquisition fulfillment, and to support in improving HRD & HRM process and management.
Position Responsibilities:
Responsible for hiring process, job posting, candidates search through various recruitment channels and recruitment agency
Responsible for pre-screening and overall candidate assessment by conducting phone interview and arrangement of face-to-face interview for potential candidates with hiring Division GM/DGM.
Conduct/Coordinate for pre-hiring process including employment contract, new staff confirmation/notification, on-boarding program, orientation, and probation review process
Coordinate/Support in recruitment activities and initiatives
Manage/Control all recruitment documents/data including the candidate data.
Report all recruitment relate activities to the Management.
