• Thai Nationality
• Age between 30-35 years old
• Bachelor degree of Food Science, Food Technology, Food Engineer and Engineer.
• Experience to work at food manufacturing plant (manufacturing bread and confectionary are welcomed)
• Good communication in English.
• Able to work on shift.
• Have been experience in quality system such as ISO22000, GMP and HACCP
• Able to use computer program MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
• To be strong a disciplinary, quality on process and improvement skill.
• Work location in Navanakorn, Pathumthani.
• Manufacturing management of frozen dough.
• Plan, arrangement and control production operation which operate as following standard.
• Prepare production document such as production report, yield report and etc.
• Prepare ISO document: Procedure, Work Instruction
• To inform and report as about machines operation in our process.
• Day to day solving problem which purpose for productivity hit on target.
• Improvement production process base on cost, productivity and standard.
• To be a trainer for subordinate.
• Report to Assistant Production Manager and Production Manager.
