The Customer Service Assistant Manager will report to Customer Service Manager and will assist with following key functions:
To support Customer Service Manager all job
• Manage Customer Service activity and coordinate with operation
• Coordinate with customer by checking cost, setting up price and preparing necessary report
• Maintain existing customers and expand services
• Share or provide service solution and improvement for customer and operation team
• Close monitoring subsidiary staffs to follow WI, SOP, or rules & regulations
• Control revenue, cost, and profit & loss of CS department
• Monitoring customer’s shipment status until arrive to customer factory /arrival destination without fail.
Knowledge and Skill:
• Inter-personal and communication skills
• Ability to negotiate and influence at all levels within business
• Ability to build, lead, and motivate a skilled team
• Strong decision making skills
• Attention to details skills
Qualification:
• Thai nationality, age 33-40 years.
• Education Bachelor Degree or up.
• Good practices in computer (Microsoft Excel, Word, e-mail)
• Good command in English
• Minimum 7 years in customer service in logistics activities including 2-5 years’ experience in management level.
• Knowledge of import & export shipment and understand logistics operations
• Privilege of Export & Import process.
• Knowledge for Customs Clearance Process.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015
