Qualification
Qualification: - Experience in HRD, HRBP and HR Project in Corporate company. - Experience minimum 3 years in HRD function. - Good Knowledge to set up JD, JG, Career Path for Development program. - Good communication in English
Responsibilities
Job Descriptions: - Development Project of HR such as Succession Planning Project & Management Trainee. - Set up training plan & road map of Yearly Plan. - Development & Create Program for Internal Successor. - Coordinate with Head-Office (Hong Kong, Singapore) for progression reporting.
