1. Male or Female
2. Age minimum 35 years old.
3. Bachalor's degree or Higher in related field.
4. Experience minimum 5 years in Forwarding, Import-Export and Customs Clearance.
5. Good command of written and spoken English.
7. Proficiancy computer literacy in Microsoft Office.
8. Create, maintain good relationship with existing and potential customers.
9. High responsibillity, good support team member and problem solving skill.
10. Experience or knowledge of Machine installation will be advantage.
Supervising and controlling the Operations team in all functions of freight forwarding,booking, transportation, documents preparation, Customs clearance.
Coordinating & communicating with clients, overseas agents, carriers,suppliers or subcontractors regarding shipment status.
Monitoring works progress and ensuring the operations meet timelines and expected standards.
Implementing, training and coaching for staff on work procedures/work instructions relating.
