Qualification
1.Male or Female 30-35 years old. 2.Bachelor’s Degree in any field. 3.Have HR Experiences, especially for Visa and Work Permit for Expats or Payroll Process, for 4 years up from Japanese Trading Company is preferable. 4.Good command of Communication Skill in English. (Must) 5.Disciplined, hardworking, good attitude, able to perform under pressure and ability to prioritize the importance. 6.Polite, well appearance, high responsible and reliable. 7.Strong analytical skill in handing with challenging situation. 8.True ability to work well with others as part of a team.
Responsibilities
Responsible for Payroll Process. Manage and update the Employee Profiles and other related Records. Manage and control the Compensation and Benefits Programs such as Group Insurance, Provident Fund Plans, Remuneration and Welfare Management. Coordinate with Government Bureau in any related issues such as the Revenue Department, Social Security Fund Office, Workmen Compensation Office, Immigration and Labor Department. Control and Manage the Visa & Work Permit Applying & Extension Processes for Expatriates and Local Japanese Employees.
