Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities/Discription -Customer Service Management team is one of the core function in the company to support the sales activity of Keyence. -Timely supporting customers for higher satisfaction, and work together with sales engineers to enhance business activities through following actions:Receive phone calls from customers, sales engineers, and managers; create product quotations; receive POs; arrange the shipment; etc… -The idea and action of advancement in the work of CSM will drive the company forward to have better and higher performance.
