Bachelor or Master Degree in Human Resources Management and other related fields
Experienced in the HRM Function (Welfare , General Affair, Employee Relation, Compensation & Benefits , Recruitment) at least 15 years in Management level in Automotive Part Industry or Manufacturing industry and Good knowledge of labor law
Ability to Integrate and align strategy to practices, people and activities across functions, processes and teams
Change Agent, People Mind, Innovative, Mature, proactive, high responsibility, Service-minded, Enthusiastic , and Adaptable
Strong in Managerial & leadership skills and able to work under pressure
Good command of English both written & spoken, computer literacy required. And very good in presentation skills
Define the policy, strategy and action plan of Human resources management, Human Resources development. consistent with the policies and business plan of the company , including the control and follow-up of such operations.
Directing, development work related to human resource management. Administration, labor relations communications activities to date. Consistent with it strategic plan, business plan and employee need.
Management and control the budget of the department of Human Resources to effectively under the approved budget.
Directing and controls the preparation of the Regulations Guide, various regulations, code of conduct in accordance with the labor law and review them up to date.
Tracking/collecting trends and movement about the payoff. The rate of pay and fringe benefits offer a comparison between inside and outside the company to use for decision making in operations regarding improvement of Human Resources Department.
Control of the implementation of labor relations activities to meet the needs of employees and the organization.
Analysis / Process Improvement Administration wage / compensation of employees within the organization to be competitive with the market.
Control / determining method. Performance evaluation of employees within the organization are consistent with the strategy.
Control and monitoring the Administration and Utilities of company.
