Qualifications:
-Female age 23 - 35 years old.
-Bachelor or Master Degree in Secretarial,Business Administration or any related field.
- least 1 years experience personal assistant or any related position.
-Manage time and be responsible for many tasks at the same time.
-Must be able to communicate well in English verbal.
-Strong Interpersonal skills and Communication skills.
-Able to work well under pressure and excellent interpersonal skills.
-If Have knowledge in real estate and property wiil be consider as special case.
-Car Owner / Driving License,Can be issued in the province.
Responsibilities:
-Possess good human relations skills to coordinate with other departments and companies
-Take meeting notes where required.
-Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments.
-Handle requests and queries appropriately
-Other duties as assigned.
