- Bachelor's degree: business and marketing majors preferred.
- 3-5 years in a sales representative role; within industry preferred.
- 1 year of prior management experience or demonstrated willingness and ability to learn management basics
- Strong intrapersonal skills and working as a team.
- Good command in Japanese, Writing, Speaking and Understanding
- Good command in English, Writing, Speaking and Understanding
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting

Responsibilities
- Conduct materials sales activities with Materials Suppliers and Customers.
- Maintain and seeking new business opportunities to achived team target.
- Manage day-to-day performance of all sales team members and deliver reviews.
- Lead and schedule weekly and/or monthly team meetings with sales team and leadership.
- Analyze profit and Loss and Peporting to Management.
- Material Ordering and inventory Management Control.
- Strengthen relationnship with Materials Supplier and Customer.
- Implement performance plans according to company procedure.
