Sales Coordinator Staff

Qualifications  Male or Female, age 25-27 years old , Thai nationality  Bachelor's Degree in Marketing,Business Administration or related filed.  At least 2 years of experience in sales or marketing or related fields. (Having Sales experience in Automotive Industry can be beneficial.)  Computer literacy especially in MS. Office  Good command of both written and spoken English (TOEIC 650 scores up) and Japanese (Level N3up) is optional.  Good personality, human relation skills and teamwork oriented.  Strong service mind, good interpersonal skill, outgoing personality, energetic with strong negotiation, communication & coordination skills with ability to work under pressure.

Job Description:  Making quotation for customer.  Preparing sales monthly report and price calculating through excel program.  Liaise with client and other departments to provide the service.  Co-operate with Sumitomo headquarter in Japan and Factory of Sumitomo Group.  Reporting job issues to the direct supervisor.  Assisting Manager to analyze business trends and forecast car production volume.  Organize and maintain sales documents in a systematic manner.  Attending the meeting.  Perform other duties as assigned.
