Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure the effectiveness of overall company administration functions and day to day operations.
- Provide secretarial support to Managing Director and Director.
- Perform general administrative support to the office such as reception, answering incoming calls,greeting visitors.
- Management Office equipment, stationery inventory.
- Liaise with vendors and maintaining vendor database as necessary.
- Perform a wide range of duties include department co-ordination, office administration duties including correspondence write-up, filing system, accreditation documentation."
- Coordinate meeting arrangement and any requests for Managing Director.
- Coordinate company activities and events.
- Ad hoc tasks may also be as assigned.
Female, Age not over 35 years old.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and/or related field.
- Have at least 2 years’ experience in administrative officer or related functions.
- Good command of both spoken & written English.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Have knowledge in MS Office, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
- Superb organization skills with attention to detail.
- Previous corporate secretarial experience would be an advantage.
- Proven ability to work independently with a positive and can-do attitude.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Detail-minded, mature, well-organized and sense of responsibilities.
