- Male or Female
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in IT, Computer Science or other related field.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Good attitude, service mind and customer service skills.
- Knowing Server hardware,Microsoft Active Director, Virtualization, Backup solution will be advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Escalate IT issue to the IT Manager where necessary.
- Prepare documents, meeting materials and correspondence.
- Work extra hours to meet deadlines, as required and where reasonable.
- Provide assistance as required to the IT Manager.
- Ensure that follow all process under ISO system.
- Design, manage, and support Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy,File services, DHCP, DNS and other roles.
- Build, install, configure and maintain Virtualization products (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Implementation of backup/recovery regimes and performance of necessary tests.
- Develop, automate and implement operations best practices.
- Operation and maintenance: On site troubleshoot support network, PC, and other IT equipment problem.
- Customer Call, E-mail, Remote support.
- Manage problem and service tickets ensuring timely resolution to meet Service Level Agreements.
