Customer Service Staff

Qualification
Age 26-32 years old Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related filed. At least 3 years of working experience in customer service or freight forwarder. Good command in English (Toeic >500) Mindset in teamwork. Able to rotate job in any field in future.
Responsibilities
To manage daily booking with customer and carrier. To provide material for meeting in English and provide monthly report to superior. Daily problem solving. To communicate and negotiate with oversea team. To support special request from superior.
