Manage Sales Department, including sales performance, sales forecasting, results & profits to achieve target and expecting goals such as new customers development etc.
Maintaining and continuously improves the company’s competitive position in the market, as well as a new business opportunity
Able to drive business goals of the company in terms of sales, brand awareness & profitability
Analysing the market for new product development and pricing strategy including competitors and future analysis
Develop and execute Strategic plan, Sales directions, including coordinate with other related departments to obtain the maximum efficiency, and profitability to the company
Create and maintain excellent working relationships with all customers.
Managing and supervise subordinates, give advice, including to comply with the rules and company regulation
Identify any issues and problems disturbing business growth and find for solutions.
Report sales performance, make suggestion plan (long- and short-term) and market trends.
Responsibility
Bachelor’s degree or above in business administration or a related field
20+ years of sales work experience and 10+ experience in management level, automotive / leasing business would be preferable
Strong interpersonal, people management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Excellent in negotiation, communication, and management skills
Have leadership with ability to assist in driving sales department
Ability to work well under pressure.
Excellent command in English, both speaking and writing
