Qualification
Female age 35-45 years old
Bachelor or higher in Human resource or related field
Minimum 10 years working experienced in human resource field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge in labor laws, compliance, and other related laws
Good management skill with good interpersonal and communication skill
Good command of English in communication and writing skill
Good computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, Power Point)
Able to handle multi-tasking
Preferable experiences to create or enhance or revise of company’s
HR strategy, carrier / remuneration / evaluation / goal process management
Responsibility
To manage employment and compliance to regulatory concerns
To develop and revise all related HR policy and regulation
To manage all HRD functions including employee retention, employee relation, learning & development, and communication
To manage government reporting regulations affecting human resources
Planning annual training master plan and provide internal development
Build up a positive corporate culture to strengthen employee’s morale and enhance the engagement of employee
Develop and facilitate the design and implementation of policies and procedures
Assist in development, implementation, and review of recruitment initiative process
Build up a positive corporate culture to strengthen employees’ morale and enhance the engagement of all staff in the organization by proposing and organizing events/activities.
