Qualification
1 Bachelor Degree up
2 At least 10 years working experience in 3PL Business
3 Experience with or understanding of logistics business or freight forwarding companies
4 Strong Ability to present in Thai and English
5 Experience with Managing Business Development team over 5 years
6 Sales experience over 10 years with proven track record
7 Experience with Managing P&L over 5 years
8 Highly responsible, initiative, proactive, and able to coordinate and motivate people and to work as a team under pressure
9 Strong logical reasoning and meticulousness is a must
Responsibility
1 Lead in the development, growth and expansion of contract logistics business
to existing and new customers
2 Manage and further build up the team of TST-BD-3PL
3 Support the team with sales and product related knowledge, joint sales calls
and facilitate their customer approach in order to become more successful
4 Support and develop strategic products & target industries and create a
product portfolio for going to the market for an aggressive and sustainable growth
5 Set up, measure, control and manage targets for the TST-BD-3PL team
6 Create and implement a sales strategy for the team and manage & share sales leads
7 Sales lead Management of in- and outgoing sales leads (CRM)
8 Support, review and assist the sales team with quotations and tender proposal
with supporting of calculation by Operation Team / Logistics Engineer Team
9 Prospect and collect information regarding new potential customers and
establish individual qualified target account list
10 Focus on acquisition of new potential customers and business
11 Lead and manage customer presentations and proposals
12 Conduct training and coaching for the sales skills to TST-BD-3PL team
